Given the 1990 median build year, the trucks that come out to East Lake carry what fits that era and what's failing in it now: torsion springs in the common residential sizes, roller sets (steel and nylon), and a stock of universal logic boards and capacitors that cover most chain and belt-drive openers from the 1990s and 2000s. We also carry standard drive gear kits, since a stripped gear on a 30-year-old chain unit is one of the more common calls.
We don't carry every opener model ever made - if yours is an obscure or very old unit, there's a real chance the exact replacement board is special-order, and we'll tell you that rather than promise a same-visit fix we can't back up. The mild climate here means we're not stocking cold-weather lubricants or insulation-related parts the way a shop up north would; what we load instead reflects steel doors and openers aging out on a normal clock, not weather damage.
